Level: Middle-Senior Level Management  Location: North India, Haryana  Job Description:  - Strategy & Leadership: Design and review of org structure, creation, implementation of HR policies and procedure.  - Performance Management: Handling in yearly / half yearly performance appraisals assessing process, including competency/Skill Matrix mapping, gap analysis, Staff Welfare, Handling employee counselling & grievances, supervision of the effectiveness of the system.   - Talent Management & Recruitment: Manpower planning, Conduct personal Interview and coordinate interviews with dept. heads, Assist in Planning HR interventions in consultation with heads of different functional areas as per business requirements.  - Employee Engagement: Manage employee engagement Surveys/programme, handle employee communication systems, Team Building activities, event & Get-Together programme, creation & effective implementation of on-spot & quarterly rewards & recognition programs.   - Compensation & Benefits Payroll and benefits management, Handle performance linked bonus / variable compensation, Annual & mid-term salary corrections & increments, Processing & approvals of all employee reimbursements   - Budgeting, HRIS & Audits: Assist in Creation & adherence of annual functional budgets ensuring cost optimization, Assist in Creation & Analysis of HR data on monthly and annual basis for identifying gaps & plan strategies for improvement handling internal and external HR audits and other core business and to ensure 100% process compliance.  - Training & Development Training needs identification through Process of Performance Appraisal, organizational change, formulation of training calendar, Detailed Training Need analysis.  Required Professional skills/Competencies:   - Good communication and presentation skills with Sound knowledge of HR processes & systems  Desired Qualification:  - MBA in Human Resource (Full Time) from reputed Institute.   Experience:  - 10-15 years of work experience in large size and reputed hospitals. Should have strong exposure of handling teams and man management.
