About Our Client :

Our client is a mid sized organisation and specialises in developing business applications for web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & be the custodian of end to end Human Resources for the organisation including HR Operations, Talent acquisition, Learning interventions, Employee Relations/Engagement, People strategy etc

- Drive Strategic initiatives

- Employee Satisfaction Surveys and action plans

- Policy/ Process implementation & governance

- Strategic HR Business Partnering

- Drive short term and long term people plan across the region

- Grievance handling

Desired Profile :

Senior person with 10-15 years of experience, specifically in the IT services industry with medium to large size companies.

The experience should not be in companies below 500 people.

Extensive knowledge of all HR related items required, including recruitment, compliances etc.

Must have great communication skills.

Preferable location is Indore, but Pune is also OK.

The person should be hands on in recruitment and retention. Should be able to take on recruitment challenges at mid to senior level. Should be versed with US and European recruitment methods.

MBA in HR from a premier institute will be preferred, but it not a must have.
