Chief Financial Officer - Technology Solution Firm

ROLE TITLE- CFO

ROLE PURPOSE :

We are looking for a strategic and financial leader with a record of implementing growth initiatives profitably, who focuses on core issues, develops practical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and achieves desired results. The candidate would need to be value driven, must be highly-regarded for integrity and ethics; and should have demonstrated the ability to consult internally on cross-functional issues, The candidate must also be prepared to for assuming additional responsibilities and leading multiple projects.

REPORTS TO :

Reporting to the Chairman and the CEO.

EXPERIENCE : 7 - 10 Years

QUALIFICATION : B.E/ B .Tech / M. Tech/ B.Com with a CA

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY :

KRAs :

- At least 2 years experience at investor relations with PE investors.

Experience with Technology or Software Product business line. Experience with Export unit.

- Statutory and Regulatory compliance.

- Custodian of all financial contracts.

- Investor Relations. Equity Raising.

- Debt Management, and Bank Relations.

- Treasury Management.

- Tax Compliance and Planning.

- Audit Planning and Auditor Relationship.

- Change Management. FX risk management.

- Manage a small but agile team.
