It has delivered a healthy growth of 15 % y-o-y.   For the CFO role, we are looking for:-   - A Chartered accountant with 15+ years of experience is a must for this role  - MBA equivalent qualification along with CA degree would be an added advantage.   - Strong business orientation; ability to manage a fast paced listed entity  - Ability to effectively build a strong brand within the Investor community  - A candidate with ability to efficiently manage Banking & FIs relations and fund raising experience would be an added advantage  - Experience of listed entity would be an added advantage  - Need to come from a fast paced, growth oriented platforms  Role responsibilities:   - This role will form an integral part of the core management team responsible to drive the organization's growth plans over the next 5 - 7 years  - Being CFO of a listed entity, key deliverables would be to manage Investors Relations and Credit Rating agencies effectively and being a face of the company to the financial world.  - Build a strong brand within the Investor community & work towards building credibility.  - Effective Corporate communication ( internal/external) and being in complete control of the financials of the organisations   - Ability to manage multiple Banking/ NBFC relationships for effective fund raising. Possess ability to design & deliver innovative financing solutions for managing expansion.   - Overviewing financial accounting, audit, risk and statutory compliances - preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory audit from a listed entity perspective.   - Budget & Forecasting - coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budget with various departments, financial forecasts, and report variances. To develop the MIS structure (dashboards) as may be required by the management  - Risk management - ensure coverage against financial as well as operating risks by streamlining of business processes and policies.  - Compliances for direct and indirect tax requirements, GST, secretarial, legal, and other statutory compliances.  - Strengthening the Internal Audit department and getting the internal audit completed as per the Management expectation.   - Manage the expectations of the stakeholders through providing them monthly MIS, accounts, cash flows statements, and legal compliance reports.  - Closely work with all department heads to ensure expenditures, adhere to legal and budgetary requirements.
