About the Company:  The client is a leading Indian Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) operating since 1997. It is predominantly focused into Asset Financing and Lending business:  - Wholesale Lending: The Wholesale Lending Business segment provides specialized and holistic solutions to Indian corporate helping them build and grow their businesses with initial funding, mezzanine financing, acquisition financing etc. It focuses on products in the structured credit space backed by adequate collaterals and cash flows to build a secured and quality wholesale lending portfolio.  - SME Lending: As part of the diversification and growth plans, in 2012 the client forayed into SME and Retail Lending Business with special focus on Priority Sector Lending. The division focuses on generating supreme quality asset book spread across multiple locations.  Recently, the client has entered into a strategic tie-up with USD 1 bn+ fund in real estate and structured equity investments. The client is now looking to launch its own dedicated Private Equity fund in India in the coming months.  Job Responsibilities:  - Fund Management - Managing strong strategic relations with Public & Private Sector Banks  - Monitoring and implementing the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company to ensure adherence to group accounting policies and procedures.  - Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors and ensure compliance with various statutes and control parameters.  - Leading the budgeting and planning process and track performance against budgets, monitor cashflows.  - Responsible for contracts and procurement, MIS, Internal Audit & Risk management, Liasioning with parent.  - Provide financial and business inputs for effective decision making and lead post implementation reviews.  - Control and monitor the revenue assurance function to ensure maximization of revenue.  - Co-ordination with Tax Auditors and Tax Consultants.  - Responsible for all compliance in relation to Corporate laws, including Company Secretary.  - The activities involve assessing the fund requirement needs of the client company, structuring the transaction for fund raising, application to various banks / financial institutions for meeting the fund requirements, documentation of the loan facility, and disbursement of the funds into the client's account.  Desired Skills and Experience:  The candidate would be required to be very strong in the following areas:  - Managing foreign investors  - Excellent banking relations  - Manage board  - Treasury  Mandatory CA and Must be playing a CFO role and should be handling minimum 2-3 group companies.  - Experience from banking /financial industry would be plus
