Chief Financial Officer - NBFC

Our client is a Public Limited NBFC Company - Granted to move into Small Finance Bank by RBI, Enabling them to enter into complete Banking Industry from being a NBFC

- The role holder is responsible for leading and directing the Finance function and overseeing the legal function to ensure that all Banking operations are monitored and controlled against budget, organization's business are optimally financed, all financial transactions are treated appropriately, accurate financial information is available to support management decision-making and the bank adheres to all regulatory requirements and legislations

Key Accountabilities Includes :

- Leading Authority, Policy and Processes, Review and finalize the Accounts of the Bank, Monitoring sensitive accounts, Regulatory Compliance & Statutory Reporting, Taxation, Treasury, Procurement, Legal,People

- At least 12+ years of experience in core finance areas such as financial compliance, financial process controls, business planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting and accounting, treasury, wealth management and taxation. At least 5+ years of Banking experience and should have team managing experience for at least 3-4 years

Educational Qualification :

- Graduation in Finance or equivalent (PGDM/ MBA from a Tier 2 college/ CA required)
