At this time we have the position of Chief Financial Officer(CFO) for Manufacturing & Sales Organisation.
The Organisation is a 50 years old Indian Electrical Equipment and Products Company.
The Organisation is having 2 manufacturing facilities and a large Sales and distribution network.
Location-Noida
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Needs to have experience of a sales as well as a project based organisation within the electronics industry (preferably) and with a limited firm with a turnover of at least 300-500 crore
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS REQUIRED
- Responsible for handling the Finance Controllership, Business Finance function, Budgeting, Profitability Management and Business Management.
- Responsible for Project Funding and Fund Raising.
- Product Pricing and Customer Due-Diligences.
- Profitability Management new contract execution, implementation of best practices, recommending new thoughts to bring in greater efficiency and profitability.
- Providing relevant fiscal information and strong support to the Business.
- Ensure effective communication and common understanding across the leadership team of the business performance, market situation and competition.
- Excellent experience in Finance and Accounts, Management accounting, Strategic Planning, Company secretarial, Financial Reporting, Planning & Budgeting, Legal, Taxation, Compliances and Corporate Affairs, Transfer pricing, internal control, financial risk management, business process designing and improvement.
- Focus on Thought Leadership, providing deep business insights to the leadership team on business growth.
- People Management: Invest time in the professional development of other consultants and act as mentor.
