Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing

Oversee the Finance & Accounts, Audit, Tax, Legal & Secretarial function for the company.

Responsible for monitoring, reporting and forecasting business financials viz volumes, revenue, EBITDA, ROCE, BEP, by analyzing budget assumptions v/s actual trends for discussion/ debate to senior management and to take timely corrective actions/ plans to achieve the objectives.

Responsible for Capex and Working Capital Management & fund management. Arranging for funds at competitive rates from banks.

Responsible for preparing budgets with validations of all the assumptions & industry/ past trends.

To ensure timely & robust MIS to the management with suggestive comments on operations and cost optimization for achieving budgeted parameters and releasing alerts & exception reporting, thereaby enabling appropriate and timely decision making.

Putting in Place Limits of Authorities in Capex and Operational expenditure. Ensuring controls of costs within budgets and Planned expenditure. (element of Controllership).

Driving System Cost management with the objective of reducing system costs.

Analysis of costs and guiding Management in driving cost controls.

Responsible to put in proper systems & processes to ensure statutory compliance and all types of Audits

Responsible for People and team Development

Responsible for smooth conduct of Board Meetings in coordination with Secretarial.
