Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)
CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE :
- Relevant Degree and recognised Accounting Professional Accreditation. In addition, either a company secretary or full understanding of all company secretarial matters.
- 10 years- proven financial experience in a multinational and multi-cultural business and team
- Proven ability to manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders particularly at a country level and also sector executives
- Prepared to travel for the role
- Experience of operating at a Regional level previously
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

- Strong financial accounting background to include :
- Strong finance control
- New business evaluation
- Budget & forecast management
- Strategic planning process
- Capital spend and post investment evaluation
- Knowledge of taxation laws - direct and indirect, corporate laws, labour laws, SEBI regulations and other legislation pertaining to business processes
- Company secretarial matters
- Treasury activities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to see the bigger picture
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; resilient to changes in priorities.
- Confident and proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential data and maintain confidentiality
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and the character to defend position
Computer skills
- Experienced excel user
- Previous use of SAP
- Use of a consolidation software preferably Cartesis and/or Magnitude
