Opening for Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities :

- Lead the Finance team to ensure operational excellence, revenue growth and a world class finance function

- Ensure complete, accurate and timely financial accounts for all entities

- Ensure comprehensive, accurate and timely Budgeting, MIS and Investor reporting

- Create financial controls and systems, and operational metrics for excellent performance and customer delight

- Ensure full compliance on all aspects in India and international operations

- Plan and implement import/export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization

- Lead banking relationship management and treasury to optimize cash cycle and returns on raised funds

- Validate financial aspects of all transactions including commercial terms, revenue contracts, costs, contracts, etc

- Participate and lead the contractual negotiations from legal/ financial perspective on important contracts

- Create controls and systems for timely receivables and lead the negotiations with sales/ business heads

- Establish internal measures for managing company's BU profitability, Budgets and an effective incentive structure

- Drive cost control within budgets

- Passion for growing an Indian business to a global leadership position with dominance in the category against established global players

- Ability to work effectively with a young, passionate team of founders

- Knowledge of accounting standards, GAAP, IFRS, taxation rules, custom regulations, and all other rules/laws in India and across geographies.
