- Manage corporate G&A functions (Administration, Compliance, Legal) in addition to Finance role across the organization and work with the Board of Directors  - Responsible to set up and open new project services and training centers. Focus on and implement processes for operational efficiency and excellence. Ownership of procurement, vendor management, government compliance.  - Work with CEO to define detail and implement path to profitability and growth, with appropriate KRA's metrics and measure process; analysis and alternate scenario planning, implementing and tracking plans and budgets; ensure revenue growth and break-even ahead of targets.  - Review operating model, operational and cost efficiencies and infrastructure optimization  - Taking ownership of cost base and infrastructure; ensuring a lean, flexible organization while supporting growth and investments   - Generating agreements and relationships with partners, vendors inc. customer contracts   - Implement standardized processes, controls, MI, reporting, support systems implementation across the organization and covering all operational and functional areas and departments. Includes daily, weekly, monthly dashboards, structured monthly business reviews, performance monitoring and Board reports.  - Optimize cash flow and capital management; treasure management with board and work with CEO/ board on investor interactions   - Assist in next round of financing, work on funding models, applications and agreements  - Acquisition and transference of new processes to delivery centers-help sales & business development and new business growth particularly for BPO services; focus on insurance, banking, financial services, telecom and hospitality.
