URGENT JOB OPENING FOR CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
1. Responsible for the development, implementation and management of all financial, fiscal, accounting, controlling and investment activities of the company
2. Ensures timely and accurate accounting in compliance with statutory requirements and international standards
3. Responsible for the preparation of budgets and financial statements
4. Provides key business support to facilitate activity based cost analysis in close liaison with the company's senior executives
5. Ensures the establishment and maintenance of proper internal controls and governance
6. Advises the CEO and the Board of Directors on financial strategies aimed at optimizing the use of company's resources and the overall financial performance of the company
7. Acts as entry point for the company's auditors and lenders.
