Chief Financial Officer - Hospitality (15-22 yrs)

As CFO, incumbent will be accountable and responsible for development and monitoring of financial and business strategy, reducing fund cost, raising funds, corporate finance, financial planning, project financing, business turnaround, administrative, financial, secretarial, taxation and risk management operations of the company.

Principal responsibilities and accountabilities are as follows :

- Participate in key decisions as a member of the Senior Leadership Team / Executive Management Team.

- Lead corporate and strategic initiatives along with cross functional management team, playing an important role in improving the top line and bottom line of the Company.

- Responsible for designing, monitoring, and supporting the implementation of an EBIDTA improvement transformation program of the company.

- As a part of transformation program, actively involved in making of strategic business plans, internal financial control policies, procedures, budgets / targets /cash flows etc., and their implementation / monitoring performance / results through a documented scorecard / dashboard / track review meetings, as an ongoing process so as to ensure that the company is moving in the right strategic direction.

- EBIDTA improvement through effective receivable/payable management, inventory control and other cost reduction and strategic initiatives.

- Manage the capital request, after studying the business viability and budgets.

- Negotiation of contracts, overseeing big ticket purchase, and in this direction, designed systems for procurement / purchase / ordering, and ensuring that the same are strictly adhered to.

- Manage the accounting, purchase, secretarial, legal, tax, and other related departments

- Heading, developing and implementing financial / business / tax strategies.

- Prepare and report financial results / KPI to the Promoters / Board of Directors / Bankers etc.

- Efficient utilization of the resources and implementation of best financial practices / reporting.

- Maintain relations with internal / external auditors and investigate / implement their findings and recommendations
