Qualification: CA
Purpose:
Be an effective leader of Finance & Accounting function to support business and effective use of capital resources.
Functional Competencies:
- Strong domain knowledge on Accounting & Finance with strong analytical ability and problem solving ability. Banking /Working Capital Management.
- Understanding short term /long term financial plans, monitoring Budgets and sound internal control
- Understanding and implementation of relevant & useful internal control systems and compliance requirement along with proper understanding of Direct /indirect Taxation
Business Skills:
- Understanding of all aspects of finance function & Accounting standards.
- Understanding of statutory requirements.
- Must have sound knowledge on SAP
- Developing strategies for sustainable value creation
- Must be abreast with the latest developments in all sectors
Behavioural Attributes:
- Be an effective organisational leader and must be able to carry the team
- Must have problem solving attitude
- Must lead from the front and mentor the team
- Must be prompt in resolving issues.
