CFO For leading FMCG.(Personal care)  Discipline – Finance & Accounts   Subsector - Corporate Finance   Location - Mumbai   About our Client - Our client is a market leader in the Personal care and A global company with operations spread across 5 continents.   Job Description - As the Head of Finance you will report in to the Global CFO and be responsible to Provide day to day management and leadership in all areas of Finance and Accounting and develop an efficient, effective and positive team   You will be responsible for:   - Develop a nation wide finance team structured according to local needs as well as a concurrent MIS system for efficient reporting   - Strong exposure in closing of books as per Local GAAP   - Driving business planning, budgeting and strategic vision for the organization   - Working capital management including fund flow analysis and approval and arranging short term financing, Forex management   - Liaising and negotiating with banks & financial institutions while reviewing projections, managing cash flows and credit flows   - Assisting internal and external audit for all group companies   - Drive the design and implementation of systems, controls and processes   - Partner strongly in creation of strategy, commercial decisions along pricing and analysis   - Drive Inorganic growth of the organization by way of internal expansions and M&A activities   - In house representation to the board as well as investors.   The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 8-12 years (3-4 yrs of global exposure) of experience gained within the FMCG sector. The ability to create processes and systems from scratch and a hand on nature is a must for the role. Further, you must be an experienced leader with high integrity, strong leadership skills having a hands-on approach.
