Chief Financial Officer - FMCG

Looking for a Senior Finance professional to Head Accounts and Finance department of a reputed mid size Indian company.

- Person will be responsible for financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services and advising top management on various growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Should have managed F&A as Head of Department in a Rs. 500Cr+ topline company

- Should have strong experience in monthly close, supervision of accounts, MIS and Budgeting, leading

- ERP implementation (Navision will be an advantage), dealing with Bankers, exposure to Project

- Financing and monitoring, CF management.

- Experience of Costing

- Risk Management & forex management

Require Skills :

- Excellent communication skills

- Should have demonstrated past ability in change management process i.e. in encouraging and getting people to embrace IT

- Willing to try new things to find innovative solutions to problems

- Past experience of having worked in a FMB will be a definite advantage

- Needs to be professional but also relate to FMB thought process

Qualifications : Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 15 years of experience. Management degree in Finance will be an added advantage.

- Experience of working in a large reputed manufacturing company (preferably process industry) is must.
