Chief Financial Officer - Finance & Accounts - CA/ICWA/ACS - Real Estate

Position Requirements

CA/ICWA/ACS

- Recognized post graduation in Finance is preferred

10 years relevant experience

Job Summary :

The senior person in a company, with overall responsibility for the finance functions. Overall financial management and planning of all aspects of the finance & accounts of the company (or profit centre) including organization, responsibilities, resources, audits, budget, cost analysis and cost control, systems, management reporting, statutory/legal/contractual compliance, and so that objectives can be achieved and risks kept to a minimum.

Responsibilities will include the following :

- Accounts, taxation and all legal matters

- All aspects of banking arrangements with local and international banks

- Financing (bonds, insurances, cash flow, forex, VSLI etc)

- All aspects of IT resources, support, management and maintenance

- Project controls including cost control, MOR, Actua etc

- Support other Chennai head office Department Heads and Project Managers in their role as required

- Coordination, cooperation and open communication with other Project Managers and Chennai head office Department Heads.
