Finance and Audit

- Responsible for managing all accounting and finance related activities within the organization and ensuring there is discipline in budgeting and expenditure.

- Supervise the preparation of financial information

- Review and approve all financial results and report it to the board of directors

- Co-ordinate with Auditors to ensure compliance

Strategic Planning

- Develop the company's future direction and support strategic initiatives including any M&A

- Support in implementation of strategic business plans and manage the budgeting process

- Develop financial and tax strategies to ensure efficient corporate tax structures are in place

Fund Management and Investor Relations

- Involve and lead future fund raising activities

- Maintain Investor relationships

Operational Activities

- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team

- Manage the accounting, investor relations, tax, and treasury functions

- Manage any third parties and vendor relationship

- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

Requirements:

- CA/ MBA Finance with 10-15 years of work experience in F&A.

- Looking for candidates from Retail/ FMCG/ Internet/eCommerce Companies.

- Strong business acumen coupled with excellent communication skills.
