Reporting into : Promoters/Board of Directors

Education : CA/CS/LLB

Responsibilities :

- To provide assurance to the board of directors that accounting, financial reporting and management, processes/policies are consistent with the statutory requirements. Further, also ensure financial integrity and compliance to India Reporting Requirements and related accounting systems to support them.

- To ensure accurate management and financial reporting/ operation process is established for all businesses and functions and Company as a whole.

- Leading the budgeting and planning process and track performance against budgets, monitor cash flows.

- Managing Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Group Audit and Income Tax Compliance. Oversee all financial and accounting reporting to regulatory bodies including in relation to Corporate Laws.

- Oversee the entire Compliance framework for the Company including representing as the Principal Officer of the Company to the RBI and handling the RBI Inspection and all regulatory compliances.

- Oversee the entire Risk Management framework of the Company including the policies and ensure adherence to the same. The responsibility also entails Risk assessment, annual planning, audit execution & reporting.

Compensation would be in par with the industry standards.
