Urgent Opening for CFO in Leading Textile Industry

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : CA

Experience :12 yrs & Above

- A qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 12 years of experience at leadership level.

Role will encompass the following responsibilities but not limited to:

- Finalization of Cash Flow, Monthly Fund Requirement and projection of Sources an application of Funds.

- Management of Working Capital Requirements & Term Loan funding from the Banks as and when needed.

- Management reporting of MIS on monthly basis.

- Preparing Strategic Financial Planning for Financial Control Activity.

- Budget, Costing and forecasting activities

- Tax Advisory and Compliance

- Transfer Pricing & International Taxation.

- Identification of international transactions, computation of arm's length price, selection of most appropriate method, documentation and preparation of transfer pricing study reports.

- Statutory Audits internal and external.

- Ensure Legal documentation, compliance to statutory requirements and manage all taxation.

- MVAT and Service Tax - Audit, Compliance and assessment proceedings.
