Chief Financial Officer - CA - Stock Broking

Chief Financial Officer in Leading stock broking company

Role : Will be responsible for overall accounts and finance functions. And for all regulatory reporting. Must have extensive knowledge on account finalization, reporting to exchanges, reporting in IFRS etc.

CA with 5 -15 years post qualification experience

- Technically sound across various areas of finance including M & A, taxation and Cos. Act compliance / consolidation

- Bright and energetic to build an organization with global footprint

Taxation Knowledge :

- Handle the tasks of managing financial accounting of the unit.

- MIS analysis with Observations Sheet.

- Monthly & Annual Financial Planning

- Monthly & Quarterly Forecasting

- Sales Data Analysis

Education : Must be a CA prior to 2007.

CTC : Proposed 22L including PLB. Current not lesser than 16 to 18 L.

Must be Mumbai based. Pref from financial institutions or listed education company.
