- CA with at least 10 years of experience
- Good understanding of the real estate and related industries.
- Responsible for the development of the financial strategy and ongoing development/monitoring of financial reports and results.
- Ensure the financial well-being of the organization by managing financial projections, accounting, record keeping and preparation of year end financial statements and tax returns.
- Monitor the preparation of project budgets and business cases and formulate basic guidelines and principles for the same
- Coordinate with other departments to oversee the preparation of annual budget
