Chief Financial Officer - CA - Real Estate Conglomerate

We are looking for CFO for one of the largest Real Estate conglomerate in India. This position will be reporting to MD and CEO and will be based in Bangalore.

- Should have some experience in Real Estate industry.

- Our client is looking for Young Finance professional preferably a CA with 12 + years of post qualification experience.

- Salary will be between 80 Lac - 1.0 Cr per Annum.

- Fund raising through - (Working capital, Project finance, BG/LC, Suppliers credit, Equity and other forms of financing)

- Financial reporting, Cash management, Annual operating Budget plan presentations and MIS to the Board and Investors

- Structuring project contracts through JV and M&A, Insurance, Commercial, Risk Management, IFRS, Banking and FI relations, PE/Investor relations, Internal Controls/Internal Audits.

- Should strengthened the investor relations through timely and effective communications with the lenders, investors, stock analysts and other stakeholders.

- Reduced the Working Capital cycle for the Group through strengthening of collections and reduction of inventory time.
