Chief Financial Officer - CA - Mid Size Micro Finance

- To lead the Finance initiatives. Would be expected to work as Finance Business Partner on Strategic & Operational aspects involving Finance, Accounts, Funding, Treasury etc. The position reports to the CEO.

- Develop and implement and organization's financial goals.

- Oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks.

- Supervise cash management activities.

- Execute capital-raising strategies to support firm's expansion.

- Manage and handle RBI compliances

- Act as financial gatekeeper.

- Supervise the preparation of the annual budget.

- Monitor and control the loan book

- Prepare monthly financial statements, financial packages, and other informational reports/analysis.

- Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. CA with 7-10 years of total experience and last 5 years experience in handling finance, accounting and compliances with NBFC Organisation is a must.

2. Adept at Indian Accounting Standards, IAS/IFRS including interpretations and technical bulletins and Internal Auditing Framework COSO.

3. Experience in evaluating and implementing sound Financial & Management Reporting Systems.

4. Good at all Treasury Financial Instruments (bonds, MMI, forwards, futures, options, swaps) including their accounting, compliance and performance measurement.

5. Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.

6. Collaborative and flexible working style, with a strong service mentality.

7. Hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

8. Ability to maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team.

9. Strong commitment to developing team members.
