Chief Financial Officer - CA - Manufacturing (15-23 yrs)
Position : Chief Financial Officer

Location ; Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
Leading the Finance Team and serve as a senior member of the management team with oversight of all aspects of Accounting & Control, Treasury, Secretarial and Commercial activities.
Responsible for providing regular reports and inputs for designing the corporate strategy, risk and mitigation plans, going forward strategy, etc, pertaining to financial aspects of various business plans
Support decision making by providing timely inputs on strategic matters relating to legal, compliance and taxation areas affecting the organization and the market in which it operates
Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variances.
Develop and leverage relationships with key decision makers in banks, NBFC- s, credit agencies and other financial institutions
Build/strengthen F&A team that helps provide seamless and timely support to the business.
Lead budget/forecasts processes and analysis and reporting of financial data to aid business planning.
Drive organization wide cost management strategies and initiatives through improved efficiencies, optimal usage of resources, close monitoring of pricing and costs, etc.
Oversee effective taxation planning and compliance for the organization
Driving development, implementation and adherence of all financial and accounting policies & procedures for the organization in compliance with the applicable financial and accounting standards.
Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team's delivery capabilities.
