CFO (Experience in IPO launch is mandatory)  Role Overview:  CFO will be one of the important members of the senior leadership team. As part of the leadership team, the CFO is expected to have sound business understanding which will help him/her in proactively contributing towards profitable growth of the Company by improving working capital cycle, cutting unproductive expenses, efficient tax planning, critically evaluating all expansion projects, new business initiatives, prudently handling foreign exchange risk and enforcing financial discipline in the organization. CFO will take leadership role in handling IPO and investor relations.   CFO would have overall responsibility of the Finance, Accounts & Risk functions. Additionally, the CFO shall oversee statutory compliances and guide Legal and Secretarial function. CFO will be reporting to Managing Director of the Company  Criteria:  - Experience: Minimum of 15 years (post qualification). Should have exposure of handling finance of company having a turnover of 1,000+ crs.   - Qualification: CA will be a minimum requirement. MBA in addition to CA will be an added advantage.  - Exposure: Strong experience in business processes, IPO and commercial management.  - Skills: Right attitude, strong analytical mindset, good at planning, and communication.  Key Responsibilities:  - Strategy & Business Planning.  - Provide critical financial and operational information and make actionable recommendations on both business strategy and operations.  - Critically evaluate expansion plans and new business opportunities in terms of expected capex, return on investment, payback period and risk return pattern of such opportunities.  - Monitor execution of expansion projects from financial angle so as to meet timelines and minimize overruns.  - Contribute ideas towards business improvement including improvement in working capital cycle, improvement in margins and profitability, and cost optimisation possibilities.  Budgets & MIS:  - Make continuous improvement to the MIS systems with an objective of improving decision making.  - Ensure timely preparation and dissemination of relevant business information to provide management with the tools for decision making.  - Oversee the development of annual operating plan and cost management in alignment with Company's mission.  - To assess organizational performance against both the annual operating plan and company's long-term strategy.  - Resolution and escalation for accounts receivable and accounts payable issues.  Financial Management & Accounting:  - Develop financial strategies, policies, plans, systems and procedures in order to ensure the sound financial management of the company. This will include efficiently managing cash flow considering the nature of the pesticides business and its business cycles.   - Ensure preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements in a time bound manner.  - Co-ordination with auditors and internal team for timely preparation of financial and management accounts.  Commercial and Treasury Management:  - Periodic review of commercial terms and renegotiate the terms which are in best interest of the company.  - Negotiation and management of credit facilities (letters of credit, bank guarantees, credit lines, etc.).  Risk Management:  - Identify and review key business risks and develop strategies to minimise financial risks and losses to the company by developing and implementing appropriate operational procedures.   - Managing foreign exchange risk while being conscious of the hedging costs.  Tax & Regulatory:  - Oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a timely manner.  - Ensure timely compliances with all the direct and indirect taxes relevant to the Company.  - Long term tax planning.   IPO:  Manage and lead the pre-and post IPO process and play the key role in relationship building with advisors, external auditors, lawyers, etc, work on capital raising, investor communications, regulatory management etc.
