Job Description :

- Assess complex multi business dashboard for strategic decision making

- Establishing documented systems, policies, desk manuals and procedures in finance and accounts and implementing accounting controls in compliance and statutory secretarial compliance

- Control on various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, analysis and monthly submission of MIS to Management

- Executing strategic plans to improved operations that impact business growth by reducing cost to maximize profits.

- Actively participate in core group for strategic decision making

- Manage corporate level planning and various types of returns

- Participate in commercial negotiations and process planning, design and implement cost-effective procedures to ensure that internal controls are effective for reliable financial reporting & safeguarding the company's assets

- Analyze revenues & expenses and recommend corrective measure as and when required

- Check for any variations compared to Budget or Forecasting

OPERATIONS :

- Extending support to Top Management in implementing the strategies

- Supervising regulatory compliance, group policies and other pricing policies

- Play a vital role in planning and maintaining positive jaw on revenue to control cost

- Ensure that all projects are delivered within time and being cost effective

- Orchestrated decrease in operating costs

- Set-up performance dashboard & communication structure to accelerate standardization

- Plan and create diagnostic tools with solutions for arriving at optimum staff resourcing for operations

- Manage competitor benchmarking

- Ensure optimization of operating costs of the premises

- Evaluate the impact on short term and long term returns to devise strategy in sustaining competitive edge by managing risk and opportunities

TEAM MANAGEMENT :

- Imparting continuous on-job training to the workforce for accomplishing greater effectiveness on financial aspects of the organization

- Provide training to employees to ensure a skilled manpower

- Motivate and encourage the team

- Conduct daily team meetings to review and set direction for the team.
