Client Details :

Our client is a closely held private limited company and has a history of funding by two prominent Venture Capitalists (VCs). The company provides Software products and solutions for Procurement and Supply Chain function. Headquartered in Mumbai the organization employs around 700 people and is present across 5 countries.

Job Description :

While reporting to the CEO your responsibilities would be to :

- Manage, improve and maintain proper Internal Control system in the function and the organization

- Identify risk in financial statements and processes

- Manage the taxation and tax planning activities

- Manage Business Finance activities like capital expenditure and revenue budgeting

- Lead a team of 15

- Streamline the financial processes, MIS and compliance levels

- Act as a very close business partner to the Regional Leader and Commercial Leaders

Profile :

- You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 15 years post qualification experience. The individual must come with extensive experienced in internal controls, MIS, cost savings identification, mixed-taxation, knowledge of USGAAP and SOX.

- You are an individual with strong business and acumen and analytical skills with prior exposure to PE/VC ecosystem. You should be a well spoken and well presented individual who has a structured thought process and can communicate effectively with senior management.

Candidate must have strong communication skills, problem solver and self-driven
