Organisation : Opening with a leading NBFC ( Housing Finance company) providing loans to rural and semi-urban India

Location : Mumbai

- Chartered Accountant with 10 yrs + experience with strong financial knowledge, working with Banks /NBFC's would be preferred

- Leading the financial matters and its implications on key matters.

- Supervising & managing the entire Finance & Accounts, MIS, Taxation, Risk & Compliance and Operations function.

- Responsible for Monthly financial closures, plus the annual Financial Statements preparation and submission to Senior Management (CEO, Group CFO & COO) along with variance analysis from Budgeted numbers.

- As a part of the leadership team contributing to the overall organisational strategy and development along with defining the roadmap for profitable revenue growth.
