This position is for one of the largest organisations in the F & B segment with presence in national as well as international locations. This position will be responsible for finance related activities for the expansion for F & B business internationally.   Application prefer from - Hotels, Restaurant, QSR, Retail, F&B Retail, Airline, Malls background  CTC Budget - Rs. 30 Lacs PA inclusive off performance link incentives  Qualification- CA qualified Must  Job Location - Mumbai (Traveling National & International)  Key accountability and decision ownership:  - To be responsible for partnering with Group CFO and leadership team to define and achieve strategic business objectives  - To direct and participate in all day to day functions including internal-external financial requirements (including Group reporting), budgeting, bids-proposals, manage capex and opex requests, audit, taxation, fund raising, compliance, consolidation of financials etc  - To actively participate in formulating company's future direction, analyze and support tactical initiatives, monitor and direct implementation of strategic business plans, develop financial strategies, participate in taking key executive management decisions,  - To analyze impact of new product / service / segment / geography inclusion, evaluate strategic investment opportunities for organic as well as inorganic growth of business  - To build functional leaders and manage people careers within the finance function  - To work closely with the Core Finance functional teams.  Core competencies, knowledge and experience:  - CA qualified must  - 10 years of experience in a large service industry, encompassing Finance and financial management functions  - Strong hands-on knowledge of financial analysis, cost, budgeting and Commercial bid management, Consolidation, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Auditing and fund raising  - Experience in leadership, management and development of 15-20 qualified financial professionals  - Ability to interact with director level management, cross functional teams, and effectively manage matrix reporting
