Our Client is one of the leading casual dining businesses. They are cash rich and profitable business who believe in opening, owning and the expanding the business. They invest heavily (20-30% higher than any other firm) in each 3000sq feet restaurant giving a unique consumer experience with each unit. Expanding tremendously within three years. They are lean in terms of people on board but will build team from 9 to 20 people in future.

Job Description - Responsibilities:

- Overall Finance is out sourced. Hence this person will strategize and drive finance as a function. It will be his call to keep finance outsourced or drive it internally. There are no common POS and now looking to get Oracle as standard product. Setting up standardization in financial accounting and reporting is one of the key responsibilities.

The Successful Candidate :

- CA (1st Attempt preferred) 15 years (max) experience

- Coming from MNC set up and international, multicultural exposure

- Someone with strong experience in strategizing and driving things even within HR and IT space

- Person with entrepreneur skills Rich experience in MIS implementation; budgeting, FPNA

- Currently working as second in line position

- Someone who knows the pulse of business
