Chief Financial Officer

KRA's:

1. Responsible for managing & raising debt

2. Monitor cash flows to ensure healthy liquidity and take necessary measures to ensure availability of working capital

3. Drive cost management strategies and initiatives

4. Oversee effective taxation planning and compliance for the organisation

5. Provide decision support to the CEO in driving business deliverables

6. Responsible for providing regular reports and inputs for designing the corporate strategy, risk and mitigation plans, strategy etc pertaining to financial aspects of various business plans

7. Develop and leverage relationships with key decision makers in Banks, NBFC's and other financial institutions

8. Develop and strengthen controls relating to contracting, supply chain, margin money monitoring and inventory management

9. Provide direction, guidance and support to functional teams across the regions/businesses

10. Ensure high level of employee engagement and retention of key performers

Qualification & Experience:

- CA (preferably 1st attempt pass out) with 15 years of relevant experience in mid/large organization with last 3-5 years in functional leadership role

- Strong analytical and operating skills with intimate working knowledge of Indian Accounting laws / Statutory compliances

- Sound commercial acumen and risk management orientation

- Preferably from a high growth / VC funded organization
