Chief Financial Officer - CA - Healthcare

Details about the position:

Position: CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Location: Mumbai

Note: Candidates from Healthcare industry will be added advantage.

Requisites:

- CA with MBA (Preferred) qualified candidates with 8-10 years of experience - Hands on position that requires working knowledge of all finance disciplines such as, Financial Management, Treasury, Financial Budgeting & Accounting, Compliance Reporting and Systems Development and improvement is essential.

- Experience in the Healthcare Industry will be preferred

- Critical to the position is strong interpersonal skills, assertive personality and effective communication both verbal and written.

- Attention to detail - individual will be required to ensure all impacted process/regulations are considered - Should be ready to travel

Responsibilities:

- Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances.

- Using a financial control framework, including financial account abilities and authorities to ensure full financial control

- Act as the main point of contact to external auditors and provide all required information

- Ensure accounting policies comply with the relevant accounting standards and that group policies are followed.

- Recommend changes that will improve the company's financial performance and financial controls.

- Resolving operational issues and implementing preventative measures

- Hold regular team communication and scheduling meetings to ensure all team members understand short and medium term commitments - Supervision and finalization of accounts.

- Preparations of financial projections and budgeting for the organization/Subsequent monitoring and variance reporting.
