Chief Financial Officer - CA - FMCG/Manufacturing

Job Description

Strategic planning, formulating long-term business plans, budgets and financial models. Liaison with banks for the working capital and Capex needs, Financial and Accounting Controls, Insurance, Control of Inventory, MIS, A/R,A/,Treasury, Taxation

- Oversees financial and accounting controls and standards, and ensures timely financial and statistical reports for management and/or Board use.

- Hands on and overall responsibility for company financial statements, billings, collections, and accounts payable.

- Control of day to day accounting activities including control over payables and receivables, Inventory.

- Ensure appropriate compliance on all statutory and financial obligations (taxation, accounting, etc.) as per IFRS and the company act and law of the land

- Oversight of Accounting Department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions, including internal controls, segregation of duties, and financial procedures

- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

- Ensure monthly and yearly closing and finalization of accounts on timely basis

Desired profile

- A Chartered Accountant with around 10+ years post qualification.

Age around 35 to 45 Years.

- Should have around 5+ years in Manufacturing set-up in senior capacity.

- Must have good working experience on SAP (Preference will be given to candidate who have worked during implementation phase also)

- Hands-on experience on working in fully integrated computerized systems of Commercial, Account, Financial Package; MIS Software

- Must be good in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
