Job Description:

- Reporting to the Managing Director, you your be responsible for the financial well-being of the organization, by building and managing strategy, structure, systems & processes.

- You would work with CMD/ Board to shape the Company's Business and financial strategy including investments of company funds, and funding of company's working capital and expansion needs.

Some of your key responsibilities would include:

- Provide financial and business leadership to develop and drive the strategy for continued growth and innovation in the business.

- Lead the Financial control and compliance function for the organization. Ensure Process Automation and Process improvement in a very high growth environment

- Lead the Tax Planning and structuring by providing advice and operating guidance on Direct and Indirect taxes including transfer pricing and intercompany transfer related issues.

- Provide financial leadership by evaluating strategic investment opportunities for the company

- Ensure adherence to all applicable legal provisions relating to the Company's Act, Contracts Act, PR, Consumer Protection, and various Direct and Indirect tax statutes.

- Manage the internal as well as external stakeholders including strategic investors, interested in investing in the company

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be CA with at least 7-8 years experience in leadership roles in Finance in FMCG, consumer durable, handset companies and overall minimum experience of 15 years.

- Further, exposure in heading a full service finance function of a mid sized company ( INR 2500-4000 crores) is essential and working in a SAP environment is preferable.

- Candidate with a simple and clear approach with strong Entrepreneurial drive would be an ideal fit for the role.
