Chief Financial Officer - CA - Education

Looking for CA , MBA with 18-22 years of exp as CFO of an Indian listed company, should have Board level exp and fundraising, debts, liabilities, tax, treasury expertise

Role includes- Finance & Treasury Management - Hands-on-experience in Merger, Acquisition & Reconstruction - Good understanding of Corporate Taxation including International Taxation, DTTA, GAAP etc., - Operational understanding of Consolidation & Finalization of Accounts, IndAS - Practical knowledge in Secretarial & Legal - Good business understanding - ERP and digital services - Working with businesses to create business models, revenue models, process simplification - Global contracts management
