Key Specifications:  - Chartered Accountant/ CPA/ MBA (Finance) with 12-15 years of experience in handling Finance & Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Audit in the Financial services sector  - Only candidates who have worked/ are working in any of the Big four companies in the Financial Consulting sector  Age : Should not be more than 40 Years.  Purpose of the Role :  To manage and organize the Finance & Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Audit functions of the organization. The key activities include efficiency treasury management, planning and budgeting, Financial MIS, Accounts, Audit, Statutory compliances and Corporate Governance. This position is a part of the Leadership Team providing strategic direction to the Company and acts as a Business Partner to the CEO.  Key Accountabilities :  - To create and build a strong team of professionals and structure the finance organization  - To manage multiple relationships with the banks, financial institutions, mutual funds and finance brokers for borrowing and lending funds  - To manage cash flow and maintain the integrity of funds, securities and other valuable documents  - To formulate and direct ALM policies for cost optimization and availability of cash flow to meet dynamic business needs  - To formulate the planning and budgeting document that reflects the current and projected growth plans of the company and lead the financial forecasting process for the Treasury function & suggest alternate ways of revenue generation and cost reduction  - To provide strategic direction on forensic audits   - To manage the tax structuring across businesses efficiently  - To ensure that all internal & external reporting are adhered to as per plan and meet accounting standards  - To drive accounts and coordinate taxation function for unqualified finalization of accounts and ensuring statutory compliances  - To liaise with statutory and internal auditors, Tax Regulators, accounting regulators and regulatory bodies on a routine basis as and when required
