We are looking for a passionate CFO, who will spearhead the entire function of finance and accounts.

You Have :

Your Responsibilities :
- Managing entire Finance Department
Financial Accounting : Put together the financial statements for all the legal entities, completing the statutory audit within the agreed timelines
- Design, implementation and maintenance of Internal financial control for all the legal entities in the organization
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Fund Management
- Taxation Planning
- Monthly reporting of the consolidated financials to the group internally, along with the key performance indicators.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Coordinating with all external stake holders- Bankers, Investors, Auditors, consultants and regulators.
You Qualities :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of relevant experience
