About Company : Company is a conglomerate in the alcoholic beverages industry. The Group aims to be one of the leaders in the industry and, in addition, is diversifying its business in industries like non-alcoholic beverages, processed foods etc.
Management: The group was founded in 2007, and has a turnover of more than Rs. 300 crores with a team of more than 400 employees. Started by an alumnus of IIM Bangalore,
Leading distribution of alcoholic beverage & products, manufacturing of packaged food products & alcoholic beverage, chain of restaurant bars & diversifying to new business.
Job Description
1. Spearheading the Finance Department at the Group level. Finance heads of the respective underlying companies will be directly reporting to the Group CFO.
2. Responsible for setting up processes for account receivables, account payables, statutory compliances, internal audit and any other financial compliance.
3. Responsible for cash flow, financial and tax planning.
4. Responsible for handling the due diligence & fund requirements of new acquisitions made by the Group.
5. Responsible for financial analysis, for setting up an MIS for financial reporting and providing recommendations.
6. Part of the senior management team, which will be advising the Managing Director in making strategic & operational business decisions.
7. Desirable if has experience of fund raising and track record of originating and closing debt and equity deals.
Requirements
1. Should have minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role in a mid-sized business. Ideally should have experience of the role at a Group company level with good understanding of the legal and financial structuring required for such businesses. The candidate should have team building skills and experience of team management.
2. Education Background - CA (Preferably a rank holder) first attempt
