We are looking to appoint a CFO, based in Bangladesh and reporting to the board and the Group CFO. He will play a pivotal role in all areas of finance, including statutory reporting, management accounting, tax, treasury and corporate strategy. He will act as business partner to operational stakeholders, working with them to drive profitability and business unit performance. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, with a proven track record in a Blue Chip environment, or multinational organisations.   Duties:  - Lead and Manage the Finance, HR and Treasury Teams   - Preparation of management reports and ensuring that all of the financial information which is produced is timely and accurate, and can be used as the basis for effective decision making  - Business planning and budget preparation   - Develop and implement sound financial control policies and best accounting practices  - Tax planning and working capital management  - Liaison with auditors, bankers and relevant government bodies   Requirements:  - Chartered Accountant with degree or master level in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines  - Minimum 8-10 years relevant experiences in a similar capacity  - Solid experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage  - Good analytical skills and ability to work independently   - Proficiency in MS application  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  - Fluent English and Bengali
