It offers BOP accumulator units, high pressure test units, hydraulic tongs, hammer unions, swivel joints, ring joint gaskets, manifolds, and flanges and spools. The company sells its products through a network of distributors worldwide. They have subsidiaries in USA, Singapore & Dubai.  It is an investee company of a prestigious Private Equity firm in India.  Job Responsibilities  1. Budgeting – Preparation of Yearly Budget and Planning  2. Banking:  a. Assessing the fund requirements of the company on a yearly and long term basis and liaisoning with the banks  b. Post disbursement compliance for term loan and WC loan facilities  3. Capital Expenditure approvals: Understanding the business requirement and preparation of capital expenditure proposals with a view to apprise the MD/Board of the rationale and viability of such projects  4. Lead the finance teams at the plant level to help them standardize MIS and Cost reports from Plants and subsequent analysis at the head office level in order to support the management  5. Consolidation of Financials: Standardizing the reporting across the group and preparation of consolidated accounts on a quarterly basis  6. Familiar with US GAAP and experience of having handled overseas (preferably US) subsidiaries  7. Working capital management: Ensuring adequate processes and monitoring of Inventory, advances & provision and Debtors.  8. Supporting the management in cost control and assessing product wise/division wise profitability  9. Taking the lead in implementation of an ERP package  10. Liaisoning with the financial investors for regular information flow and one-off requirements
