Title & Role: CFO

Reports to : CEO/MD

Location : Bangalore (Corporate Office).

Qualifications / Work experience:

- Minimum 20 years of experience with CA as qualification

- Excellent knowledge of financial guidelines pertaining to manufacturing industry

- Possess good financial acumen and must be abreast with contemporary accounting practices

Job Profile (Abridged Version):

- Evolve and establish a robust global financial information and reporting system for timely decisions by the Managing Director

- To build and establish strong relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions and Capital Markets for attaining ongoing operational requirements and futuristic strategic ambitions

- To collaborate and build synergies financial, legal & corporate services hired or contracted by the firm, including accountants, auditors, financial consultants, banking system and other financial avenues to achieve intended business results.

- Fund Management

- IPOs

- Working Capital

- International Exposure
