Chief Finance Officer - Healthcare (15-30 yrs)
Urgently looking out candidates for CFO role with a leading Hospitals Group based at Kolkata. Candidates qualified with Chartered Accountant (CA) can apply for the role.Candidates must have good experience from Hospitals /Healthcare background. Candidates having good track of experience in Accounts, Financial controls, Fund Raising, Purchase, Audit, Taxation, Working capital, Monthly balance sheet & Budgeting can apply for the role.
Job Description:-
- Heading the finance, Audits, business development team and Vendor Management / development, commercial negotiations & Inventory Management, Cost Control, Budgeting, Fund management & MIS
- Developing systems for timely collection of data and generating various MIS reports with financial analysis to closely monitor profitability and performance Asset Management, Receivable Management and Funds Management.
- Mentoring and leading the accounts, finance and commercial team of the company. Entire finance and account functions including budgeting, funding, banking inventory management, audits, insurance risk analysis, systems development and controls etc. transaction, MIS, commercial activities, legal and tax matters, and purchase.
Candidate Profile:-
- Candidate must have a 14 - 22 yrs of exp in Finance & Accounts with good track record of efficient management of hospitals. He/She should have handled multiple hospitals with large number of beds.
- He/She should be a energetic team leader, able to communicate with people of all ages and backgrounds, to work collaboratively to resolve problems, and to motivate team members to achieve personal and organisational objectives.
