Chief Finance Officer - CA - Petrochemical

We are looking for a Chief Finance Officer an Petrochemical firm.

Ideal candidate is someone who has handled businesses independently in the capacity of a Finance Head/CFO and has a background in Petrochemical/FMCG/Power/Packing/Construction + CA.

Responsibility :

Responsible to review and submit monthly financial and management accounts (business unit-wise) at group level. Engage key stakeholders to provide performance commentary and relevant analytics.

Provide supervision to group treasury function by getting involved into fund raising activities and liquidity management

Lead the group-level budgeting exercise covering all business units and functions

Actively participate in preparation of information pack for board meetings and Exco meetings

Closely work with systems team for ERP implementation and with process excellence team to improve internal controls

- Provide guidance to business-unit level finance and accounts team

- Work towards achieving statutory compliance and tax efficiency at group level

First attempt CA Required

People can apply only 2006 to 2010 batch of CA

Excellent analytical and communication CTC can go between INR 45 lacs to INR 85.
