Job Description  REPORTING  - Prepare and submit monthly operating reports, KPIs and Performance Dashboards within set deadlines, provide clarifications on issues raised, provide information and analysis for Management meetings as required, coordinate and incorporate changes to the existing reporting systems/formats as required, investigate any variances and understand the basis of the figures presented with the concerned units through a structured accounting system IN ORDER TO present a complete picture of the costs, operational and financial health of the organization.  ACCOUNTING  - Ensure that the accounting activities are carried out in time and correctly through a complete supervision, review and analysis of the activities subscribing to the accounting standards of ICAI IN ORDER to prepare reliable financial reports  ADVISORY  - Be in the cock pit of the business and be aware of the changes in the environment through engagement in management meetings, provide cost and profitability analysis by product lines IN ORDER to guide the operations of the company along profitable lines  TREASURY  - Manage the banking activities and selecting the mode, timing and means of using the optimum sources for financing the operations including protecting the performance from exchange variations through constant analysis, study of the market and interactions with the bankers IN ORDER to ensure the right Debt Equity Mix and optimise cost of finance and enabling continued operations and improved performance  WORKING CAPITAL  - Constantly review the business process and contribute to streamlining processes by analysing the movements in working capital elements, suggest and implement measures for improving the Receivables and Inventory Cycles IN ORDER to optimise the working capital holding and bank borrowings  COMPLIANCE  - Strictly observe the fiscal statutory compliances through establishment of a framework to review and monitor the activities and correct and prompt filing of returns and submissions to authorities by assigning responsibilities and have a review mechanism for statutory compliances by other functions through a feedback mechanism IN ORDER for the Company to fulfil legal obligations  AUDITS  - Liase closely with statutory auditors and Internal auditors and ensure that the audit issues are resolved timely and recommendations are implemented IN ORDER to strengthen the governance of the Company  MANAGERIAL  - Implement Internal Control Assessment framework and review progress of implementation of improvement areas identified periodically IN ORDER to reduce the risks for the Company  This opening is for a leading Garment Manufacturing Organization in Chennai.   Interested candidates please revert with your current CTC, Expected CTC and Notice Period
