- Complete PNL responsibility for Training & Development Business
- To build / Bring & manage large team & pan India training center
- Bring is ready clients list for training business
- To build network & to do strategic tie up for soft skills training with Indian & MNC companies across the sectors
- To make marketable content for soft skills, Training, keeping in mind for the audience will be middle to Junior level staff
- Build army of trainer on various subject both on payroll & off rolls across the country
- A knowledgeable person with rich experience in the field of Training & Development.
- Should have a wide range of knowledge & variety of experience on various fronts
- A person should be capable to build a complete program & its management.
- Person should follow the management goals to setup & successfully run the new program from scratch.
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Person should have experience in handling cross functional teams & development the leadership
- familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- The goal is to enhance employees- skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
