HomeCues, a fast-growing funded startup, is set to revolutionize the home services business in India. We are seeking a CEO who can build the company into the leading service provider across India.

The ideal candidate would have proven strategic thinking blended with a penchant for rapid execution. Experience in managing consumer e-commerce businesses and bringing offline vendors online is a big plus.

Responsibilities :

- Build and drive an execution team for operations, technology and marketing.

- Allocate and monitor budgets with a view to accelerate growth and build a brand.

- Collaborate with the founders and investors to chart the direction of the company.

- Rapidly grow the consumer base while optimizing the customer acquisition cost.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and continue to address consumer pain points.

- Build a culture of results, consumer-orientation and speed.

- Set and achieve targets.

Requirements :

- Experience in driving rapid growth for an e-commerce business

- Deep understanding of e-commerce ops, marketing and technology

- Demonstrated strategic thinking that leads to results

- Experience in building and guiding an e-commerce team
