1. Job Details  Position Title CEO   Reports To Group CEO   2. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills  - Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in any discipline, post-graduate degree preferred.  - A qualification in Architecture would be an advantage  - A minimum of 15 years of experience in a retail environment specifically in household goods and appliances business. Ideally, possesses experience in operations, manufacturing, production and sales and business development.  - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role overlooking a diverse portfolio of products in a medium to large organization, possessing thorough knowledge of the franchise business model.  - A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the GCC region in the same industry.  - International brand knowledge in the household goods and appliances.  3. Role Purpose  - Reporting to the Group CEO, this position’s main focus is directing and spearheading the Company’s wide scope of retail activities and projects to ensure the organization’s success. To set the organization’s Vision and Mission and strategic and business plans in alignment with the Group CEO’s long term vision for the business.  - The CEO is expected to lead the organization in achieving its short and long-term goals and future expansion plans in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Group CEO and in partnership and cooperation with the Group functions.  - In this role, the job holder will ensure that the business plans take into considerationthe market’s current and future needs, providing direction towards the development of sales and marketing strategies ensuring growth and development of the sales distribution area of the business. This includes operations, manufacturing, financial oversight, business acquisition and expansion and the overall strategic development of the business.  - The CEO will carefully nurture strategic partnerships regionally and globally towards the achievement of the organization’s expansion goals thus enhancing the scope of business operationally and geographically enabling the implementation oflarge-scale projects.  - The CEO will constantly assess new opportunities to determine their overall viability and contribute to the growth of the business via the development and launch of new products, services, and planning the penetration of new markets where growth opportunities are maximized.  - The CEO’s leadership approach will be centered aroundan inspirational mission and values in alignment with the Group’s, leading by example and facilitating open lines of communication throughout the ranks. Keeping the Group CEO fully updated and informed on progress on milestones.
