Opening with a leading Real Estate Contracting Company, which is part of Listed Real Estate Co.  Position: Chief Executive Officer  Please Note: Professionals from contracting companies who has been involved in developing Residential, Commercial Projects are preferred.  Reporting: CMD   Job Description:   - Establishing a strategy for all the realty business in India and Manage P&L.  Business Development, Design and construction:   - To acquire new business from Real Estate Developer.  - Coordinate the development of land, renovation/reconstruction of buildings, Construction of new premises.   - Land aggregation and creation of land banks   - Ability to deal with Government/Municipal bodies, get clearances, handle legal issues liaison.   Liaising for office space with corporate real estate heads:   - Valuation of properties, Marketing and Sale of properties.   - Financial, Real Estate Finance, Dealing with Bankers, Evaluating returns from project, preparation of feasibility reports, Real estate Financial Modeling   Raising funds (Real estate fund AND Infrastructure Funds):   - Funding - Budgeting, Cash flow management, Project funding from Banks, FI’s, secured and unsecured funding, Affiliate due diligence with IT, ROC, banks and institution, Documentation and legal, Liaison, Securitization of receivables, Realignment and restructuring of loans, Home Loans classification and documentation.   - Strategies to monetize investments   Marketing and sales:   - Real Estate Marketing ,Project positioning, networking   Ideal Candidate:   - Should be form Contracting companies and must be strong on legal, land acquisition, project management and execution, sales and marketing, organisation development   - Identification of project to legal clearances till execution, full project lifecycle experience of at least 2-4 mega Residential, Commercial projects   CTC: Rs. 1 to 1.5 Crs
