Chief Executive Officer - NGO (10-22 yrs)
Location: Delhi
Growth360 is a boutique HR Consulting and Executive Search firm. Our forte lies in connecting talent with right opportunities and going much beyond traditional keywords to CV matches or using job boards. We believe in finding passive and non traditional talent to the table.
We are currently retained by a company that is to start a foundation in Delhi NCR and is looking for a CEO to head it.
To qualify you must have the following:
- P&L management experience of running a business unit or an NGO with minimum 10 years
- Ability to build a foundation or business from ground up
- Passion for social reform
- Proven experience to handle operations, team management, fundraising or Business development and ability to deal with senior stakeholders.
